Outlook Personal Folder / Rules&Alerts problem!
One of our users had set up rules so that when she sent emails which contain attachments, they automatically didn't store in the sent items folder and moved to a personal folder (pst or archive some people may call them). Since the last windows update, this rule stopped working. Has anybody seen this happen to them? I am guessing not as hardly any people use this facility to do this exact job. Can somebody please advise which rules I need to set up for all sent items without attachments to go to their default sent items place, but also sent items with attachments, move to a folder that she has set up.
