Controlled assessment on RM CC4

How do people do controlled assessment on RM CC4? I need to stop pupils opening anything with a spell check.

We gave them only notepad.

Moving to Office Software forum.

CC3 here - but the technique should be the same on CC4.

We created the following:
New User Type - dedicated to control test users with locked down registry settings, no internet or shared area etc etc.
New dedicated control test user for each pupil. All locked down. We enable and disable these accounts when the control tests take place.

So students use their normal users day to day but for control test lessons use their special control yest user acounts. Seems to work fine an satisfies all the rules of control testing.

Hi. I do not think it would be advisable to import my RM CC3 GPOs into your RM CC4 as it may break something your end.
