Excel 2010 printer properties issue
A very odd problem here, and i can't think what would cause it or find anything online which seems relevant.
We have one MFP used on site which is deployed to all computers twice, once for B&W and once for Colour. This is set fine and works fine with all programs. That is, except Excel.
If you go into any of the office suite (word for example) select the printer in the print page and select "printer properties" then it pulls the correct properties we have set when we deployed it, and the same as it shows in Devices and Printers. But do this same step in Excel, and it has the B&W option ticked for both printers. If you change that option for one printer, it changes for both! But this is still only within Excel, it doesn't make the change within Windows itself. This happens for all users inc. admin.
has anyone got any ideas what may cause this? because i've run out!
