Outlook - Send via default email address
Heres the situation, our admin lady receives emails from various email sources, her own school email address and the admin email address.
Her school emails are stored on exchange and are sync'd with outlook.
The admin emails are pulled down from live@edu to a pst file sat in her userarea. (this so that her mailbox doesnt become full). There has been questions on how to send emails that come in to the admin mailbox using the receptionists email address, so we have set up the account drop down box so she can select which address to send from but when she is sending out possibly 50 - 100 emails a day, choosing her own email address can get a bit laborious.
So my question is, is there a way to send these emails via her email address as default without her selecting her email address each time she wants to forward these admin emails.
