Additional Mailboxes, Shared Calendars and Mandatory Profiles?
We are moving to a new domain setup in September and are planning on using mandatory roaming profiles for all pupils and staff. The only issue I can see with staff mandatory profiles is the setup of shared calendars and additional mailboxes in Outlook 2003.
The office deployment kit allows you to pre-configure Outlook 2003 to setup the exchange account (if no mail profile exists – which it doesn’t in my mandatory profile) based on Username etc but I can’t find any solution to automatically setup calendars and additional (shared) mailboxes.
I hope this makes sense and would really appreciate hearing if anyone has a great tool or workaround.
