Access Query Date/Time
I have a Access Database, which has a DateTime Column. The data is logged as DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS
When I create a query to get all data for today's date, Date() it does not show anything. Is there a way I can split this data so I can just get todays date?
Sorry if it doen't make sense... :D
I think you mean Now(), this gives the current system time and date.
Date() works for me on a date column but I separate date and time into different fields
Date() should work, what does your query look like?
The query is comparing the whole date/time combo.
If you use Format([datefield],"dd/mm/yy") for the column value and Format(Date(),"dd/mm/yy") for the criteria then you will be able to find matches for the system date.
LOL good point..
