Outlook - User can not connect to exchange server
So this is the deal.
we have an exchange 2003 server on site, users can get mail by two ways within the school.
1. Intranet page has a link that resolves from their username.
2. Outlook 2003 - set up.
I have one user, for whom last week their Outlook stopped working, the error they are getting is "unable to connect to exchange server" (paraphrase) they can get in through the Intranet page but not through Outlook.
I have removed their exchange account and tried to re enter but it wont pick up a connection to Exchange.
I have checked the firewall incase it had anything to do with that, but quite honestly i am a little baffled.
