Temples set as default?
Got a slight issue with Word 2010, when pupils open up Word and go to open existing work they complain there work has all gone (its a primary) but noticed its because its defaulting to look for template files and not word files, change the drop down and its fine. This is not just on a single PC, office installed locally on all PC's, and we use redirection for folders etc and delete profiles at log off. Any way I can get it to reset it to Docs rather than templates as default?
It's a setting under advanced iirc. Maybe you could gpo it?
Will have to have a look at that thanks, just don't know why it's started. Had it at another school this week.
