I Cannot figure why this is happening , One one of our windows 7 PC's outlook keeps on crashing about 3 times a day and the only way to get it working again is two restart the PC.
Is there a reason why this is happening ?
should i uninstall the Microsoft package and re-install the software again?
We had this last week and it was caused by a mix of 2 things.
The first factor was slow network connection. The wired network connection wasn't working, so it was connecting to wireless, and in this particular spot, it was only getting 1Mbps.
The second factor was a corrupt archive pst file, which had been placed on the user's network share.
Have you tried starting Outlook in safe mode?
Follow the given steps to start Outlook using safe mode given below:
-> Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run (Windows key + R)
-> Run the command “outlook /safe” and hit Enter.
-> If outlook doesn't work properly in safe mode then you need to disable the COM Add-ins for it .
