print a batch of individual word documents in alphabetical order
This maybe more of a windows xp vs 7 issue? or an office 2003 vs 2010 issue. Anyhow the reprographics user used to be able to open word 2003 in xp then select the 40+ word docs in explorer right click and hit the print command. All the docs would open in 1 instance of word, would follow the correct printer settings and print in alphabetical order.
It seems that you cant open multiple documents in the same instance of office 2010 and so you can only print a maximum of 15 docs at the same time. Also when you do this they print in any order they want.
Basically in Windows 7 using office 2010 I want to be able to print 40+ documents in alphabetical order as a batch job.
