Powerpoint playing havoc with screen resolution..?!
Our admin staff have just been given a Hans-g HK24 24" screens for their offices, and while they're doing a fine job of displaying Windows/Word/Websites, they go berzerk when you open Powerpoint.
First the screen resolution changes, then, within an instant, the screen goes black and unresponsive to anything other than Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You then might get your work back, but it more often than not kills Windows dead.
I assume it's powerpoint changing the resolution to it's native size and the monitor can't handle the aspect ratio, but we've tried setting it to the "current" resolution and a couple of others, but still the same problem...
Anyone come across this problem/have a solution?
Google is chucking out a load of generic answers for similar problems relating to Office 2000!
