Our little darlings are emailing tons of SWF flash games around to each other, is there a way to search the SWF extension and then remove all the rubbish? Unfortunately swf is the hand in format for several of our courses so i can't blanket prevent them from emailing them swfs
EDIT: It's exchange 2003...

30th May 2012, 11:04 AM #2 You can use exmerge, if you have a subject but I dont think you can use a extension from what I remember, fire up Exmerge and have a look at the options.

30th May 2012, 01:35 PM #4 That's an issue you have then, dont think Exmerge is that smart, you can try keywords and specify the extension and test against one mailbox 1st.
