Randbetween on a list of names

i have a list of names in column A2:A12 i have a formula that randomly picks from these names to poupulate a list in B2:B6 and C2:C6.
but i cannot seem to find a way of stoping the Randbtween formula duplicating results.

Is there a way to stop duplicates ?

    thanks
    James

Book1.xlsxTry this - I've generated random numbers between 1 and 10000, ranked them, then used vlookup to return the name in that position on the list - it makes more sense when you look at it!
