I require a way if possible to automatically roll out the use of the staff members e-mail to Microsoft outlook when they double click outlook i want their e-mail address to automatically display in the username box so all they have to do is eneter their password

I found a website which allows you to do this:

I have a problem though when i try this
username = username@augustines.school.local
rather than username@school.n-yorks.sch.uk

I am unable to get this to work? has anyone had a similar problem and managed to find a way around this. We do not have an exchange server at the school - just wondering if this is what we need?
