Hi we have office 2010 and windows 7 all with service packs when any person logs onto the pcs and opens power point and creats slides or uses a previously made one and want's to make changes CTRL-A does not work instead of high lighting all slides it high lights whats on the slide. also holding CTRL and selecting each slide does not work and holding SHIFT and selecting groups of slides does not work. The other problem is copying slides you can right click a slide and copy will be there do the same to another slide and copy will grey out either as soon as you right click or as you move the mouse pointer to it but you can go to another slide and copy will work go back to the previous slide and copy will work again but you can then goto one that you could copy and it wont work. any ideas on whats causing this it affects users and administrators a like. many thanks for any replies. daz666
