Weird one this,

In powerpoint 2010, we have a reproducible crash on all machines

All we want is background music on all slides, so in the first slide we added a mp3 (crashes with wav and wma too).
Under playback hide during show.
Custom animation - start playing from beginning, and stop playing after all slides.
crashes everytime with this

The slideshow works on 2007 just not 2010, and it's crashing on all 2010 office machines (just so happens to be the assembly machine...)
