MS Word 2010 issues continue - print and save problems

Our issues with MS Office 2010 continue to plague us.

All seems to work fine as an admin. However as a student, despite having the relevant GPO now set specific to Word for the Trust Centre issue on some client PCs the student can open but not save Word.

Additionally, we have printer issues - print sent as a student to either of our Ricoh machines (2060 and 3800C) result in missed text - headers, some letters particular capital I s and lower case f s.

Clearly not a driver issue as Admin prints are ok?
