Hi fokes,

The office staff have been using Office for a while now and one of them installed a kodak printer on monday ( which could be coincidence) but since then whenever they have gone to open a file from with in excell or word it pops up the open file dialog and if they click on the drop down menu it just freezes. i have done a system restore to a point before the printer/fax was installed i have uninstalled the printer/fax and its still the same. you have to bring up task manager wait 2 mins and then it works. Any ideas?
