    Have a look in the GPOs that you can download from the Microsoft website should be what you need in there - Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - 2007 Office system Administrative Template files (ADM, ADMX, ADML) and Office Customization Tool version 2.0

    none on the gpo's to stop that security setting
