Access 2010 : Trust Center - can you use wildcards?

Our in-house written report writing software runs on access.

An application runs at startup which copies the MDE database to the local users area:
    eg.
    C:\Documents and Settings\rih\Application Data\School Reports\App

I want to add a trusted site to access so the mde file opens straight up without asking for security prompts. I can do this using a GPO and it works fine for my test user RIH

    Microsoft Access 2010/Application Settings/Security/Trust Center/Trusted Locationshide
    Policy Setting
    Trusted Location #1 Enabled
    Path: U:\School Reports
    Date: 01/01/2011
    Description: School Reports trusted applications
    Allow sub folders: Enabled

    Policy Setting
    Trusted Location #2 Enabled
    Path: C:\Documents and Settings\rih\Application Data\School Reports\App
    Date: 01/01/2011
    Description: Local EBS folder
    Allow sub folders: Enabled

Is it possible to use wildcards in the trust center
    such as C:\Documents and Settings\*\Application Data\School Reports\App

    Thanks.
