has anyone done much with kpi lists, I have a excel work book which has lists of year group tutor groups then it is sorted by attendance percentage. I would like to centrally put it on sharepoint using kpi so at a glance year leaders / staff can see who has the worst attendance, I was going to use the traffic light indicators, but i only can work out how to do any entire sheet not row by row.
so each row has student name then target attendance then actual attendance, so if the actual attendance fall below 90% then it flags up as red.
