    Outlook 2010

At one of the primary schools I support the e-mail settings are picking up countys e-mail server, where as we now have an internal exchange.

How do I go about getting outlook to pick up the new server settings automatically without having to go around every user? is it in a group policy somewhere?

Using outlook 2010 and exchange 2003

This will do the trick. For a school its free to use.

You just use the .exe with a batchfile on login and it will configure outlook for you

If your exhange server is 2007 or 2010 then you need to enable the autodiscover service, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../bb201695.aspx

It's better to get autodiscover working, any changes will then automatically update to the client and will also work with stuff where you cannot run a login script, such as Mac clients and activesync to mobiles.
