At our secondary school we have some of our staff using Outlook 2007 on some of our client machines. Our recent problem we are having with one member of staff is that she sends an email out to all staff for e.g. our morning briefing email. After a few minutes it gets sent out again automaticaly. So we all receave two of the same emails. We used to have 3 repetitive emails at once but now its gone down to two.
We did a test and we got her to send an email from another machine with her log in, we only recieved one email, this must meen it's a machine problem and not a profile?
Does anyone know why she is sending double emails to us all? This is quite an important problem we need to sort out as she is the assistant headteacher and sends out emails to all staff quite often.
