Hmm i wonder is there a feature or an update package that has all the online and offline clipart. Since it be handy to have more than the standard collection.

If you can get hold of the Media disc (ClipArt) from a version of Office XP, then you can install that onto Office 2003 legally. See this thread:

Microsoft Office 2003 Clipart Really SLOW!!!

It will give you more than the tiny amount of clips that comes with 2003 version, and means you don't always have to go to Office online for clipart.
