Hi everyone
Some of our admin staff use Outlook calendars to keep track of site bookings (such as use of drama rooms, evening concerts, etc). It would be very useful to be able to set recurring appointments up (e.g. timetabled lessons) so that they repeat but skip weeks such as half term. With a two week timetable, we can set 'repeat every two weeks', but this gets skewed by one week when half term occurs. Is there any way of setting an exclusion on the recurrence, such that it will 'miss out' one (or more) week/s?
Thanks!
Stephen
