Tray select in printer information for labels
Hello. I wondered if anyone knew how to set the default tray in labels (tools-letters and mailings-envelopes and labels-labels tab-options-laser and inkjet - tray). I can change it and it stays with my selection until I exit but when I go back in, the setting is lost and it just picks up the previous default. Thanks in advance.

20th June 2009, 11:48 AM #2 It ought to save when you save the document but I don't think you can set it as a default for a new document. You can set it as a default in a template so if you have a need to create lots of different docs which will be labels then that would be a way to do it.

Thanks for the reply. I can't even get it to save once I have exited envelopes and labels within a document. I can change the default tray ok for the document and save in a template but not for the labels in the envelope and labels section. Maybe it just can't be done. I've had a long google and have found a few people asking the same question but without a reply.
