Hi!
Got a bizarre problem. We recently changed all of our printer deployment methods from logon-script to 2003R2 Printer Management /w Group Policy (The push printer exe route) this has allowed us to control the default printing settings better, update drivers easier etc...
However, the bizarre problem is the following -
Default settings are to Duplex with Top-Binding (Accounts department need this) and this works fine with the accounts package, word 2003, internet explorer etc....
HOwever, when in Excel, if we then want to print a single-sided 3 pages, we choose "1 sided" from the driver settings, and it still decides to duplex with top binding, dispite other programs (accounts package and word) obeying the single-sided orders from the driver.
Anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance.
Si
