Hi

A member of staff is experimenting with using the calendaring features of Exchange/Outlook 2003. He's put his entire two-week timetable in, and set each entry/lesson to repeat every two weeks. Unfortunately, half term happened... and now this week shows next week's lessons, and this week's lessons are showing as happening over half term (last week).

Is there any way of doing a "bulk shift" or something like that to move everything along one week? Or can we modify the recurrance to take account of half terms and holidays?
