Auto enter date into Word
We want to send out letters (via a mail merger from SIMs) to parents on a Friday. I have used the Date Quick Part to date the letter but we also want to say in the letter that the student will be on report from the following Monday. Is there anyway to use the Quick Part date to perform some kind of calculation that can be used in a field to put the Mondays' date in.
I can do it via a macro but would prefer the the date to be automatically inserted rather than have the admin staff have to place the cursor in he insertion point and then run the macro.
Cheers
