i think techsmith snagit can do this, you can get a older version for free or you can download a trial.

Try this from teachertube.

openoffice impress will save powerpoint as a basic slideshow flash.
File>export>filter> SWF

how about a screen capture bit of software, that is free and will convert anything on your screen to an AVI file that you can then convert to a smaller file? Keeps all the effects and timings ect.
