Out of Office assistant - being odd.....

    Hi All,

I have encountered a strange occurrence.

A domain user who has a Outlook 2010 account has turned his Out of Office/Automatic reply off.

However, any news email senders receive an OOF message back.

I have checked in Outlook and OWA and it says it is off for both internal and external senders. Turning it on and off again does nothing.

I have also ran "Get-mailbox -identity <username> | Get-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration" in powershell on a our exchange server and there it also advises it is disabled

Does any one have a permanent fix for this?

    Many thanks in advance

Select Auto discover on this link - https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

If Auto Discover isn't working for whatever reason I have seen it do a few odd things with Out Of Office assistant.
