Question MS Office 2013 Printing from Excel

    Good morning.

I'm wondering if anybody can help, or advise whether they are having the same problem.

We currently run MS Office 2013 - which appears to be working fine, however printing from Excel is problematic.

When the machine has multiple printers installed, Excel can only print to the default printer. When you try to select a different printer - it immediately reverts to the default.

For some reason, it doesn't affect other Office apps such as Word or PowerPoint etc.

I've read posts all over the internet - however non seem to have a solution.

Any advice will be really appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Paul.

Try disabling any Add-ons from launching in Excel. Then try printing again

    Thanks for the advice.

All add-ins are currently disabled via Group Policy.

Have you double checked in Excel that they are truly disabled? And I do mean all of them

They're truly disabled and the option to re-enable etc. are greyed out. :-(

I am still stuck with this one.

I have more and more PCs developing this issue, so for staff convenience, they are being re-built as Windows 7 - but need to be 8.
