I used to use it, but now converted to Wordpress. I never had any problems installing up to W7.

What's Wordpress like? Is it free to schools?

Not sure what's going on with Expression - just crashes on install.

Wordpress is free to everyone. You can buy plugins and themes but many are free.

I find it easy to use, I'm not good with CSS yet but it can help.

Take a look at wordpress .com & .org

Web Expressions and Wordpress are not comparable. One is a web design package, one is a server side blogging platform.

Have you looked at something such as Open Element? Or Aptana?

Wordpress is not just for Blogging. I have sites that do everything from listings to auctions.

Its a blogging platform. That it gets used for other things is neither here nor there. It isn't a web design program.

I agree, but didn't say it was.
