Visual Basic for Applications - Access 2010

    Hi good people,

Looking to disable vb for a in access 2010.
Here is what I did so far:
Grabbed the MS ADM files, imported into GPMC, set in the office one, under security, to disable vb for a in all applications, then tested, and when in word, launching vb for a gave an error message. Disabled the buttons and shortcuts via adm files for each application. And yet somehow last night I got a impero video of someone using vb for a in access.

How on earth, post install, does one disable vb for applications?
