Outlook 2010 - attachment issues
I have a member of staff who is trying to send Word document attachments to other members of staff but she is having issues. sometimes they will send no problem (it is normally one document per email and not too big), sometimes it will send and the recipient will recieve the email with the paperclip to say there is an attachment but no attachment has arrived or it sends the email with no attachment at all. It is very frustrating for her as that is primarially her job to send letters to single or multiple members of staff.

She's is attaching them, I have to be honest it worked fine while I was in her office but I did watch what she did and thye were def there. the most confusing one is the paperclip being there but the recipient not getting the attachment. We're going to try an office reinstall.

Sneaking suspicion she may not be fully following the correct procedure when you're not there. But I could be doing a dis-service here. Any chance she uses Macros or something which could be being blocked by Anti-Virus products??
