I would point out that the WIKI in question is meant to list ALTERNATIVES to WinSuite/Ranger and such like, NOT to promote them. (Hence the ALTERNATIVE heading)
I listed them at the beginning because they are the products which seek to do lots of tasks. The sections beneath are meant to list the various functions provided by the jack-of-all-trades products and provide suggestions on alternative strategies. For this reason I will remove the entries for Ranger etc.

When I get chance, I'll try to rearrange those WIKI page to give it a bit more structure. Something like;
Network Management Software Packages
- Intro
- What's out there
- What can it do for you
- What are the alternatives
