I am having a really bad Friday afternoon moment and struggling with the syntanx for a report in Access to filter on load, and it's been years since i've even opened Access.

I need the report to filter deceased=false, membershipstatus=standard and leavingyear>1997 and just cannot get it to work right. Anyone offer some kind advice on this one?
