MS Publisher compression tip

Sharing this tip that we came across- in a publisher document - right click a photo - format - compress - there is an option to "apply to all pictures in the document" - will scan the document and check/resize all photos.
This can dramatically reduce the file size when you need to upload them on to a VLE etc.
