I've chosen Office 2003, but we also use Office 2010 now in some rooms. All our students use a mandatory profile, and until recently everything has been fine. However, I had a report yesterday that when pupils were inserting hyperlinks, they were turning white and not underlining.
We don't have a normal.dot anywhere in the profile, so they will be having one generated on opening Word on the machine and having it saved in their local cached copy of the profile.
How do I go about fixing this annoying issue?
