how to change the data values in excel
OK, so there i was all proud of myself for sorting out conditional formating for my little analysis sheet, then i come up with a problem.
The data sheet is comparing expected levels from last year to what they actually achieved (Green for above expected, Yellow expected, red below expected). But after putting the data in i noticed a little issue, the levels were coming up wrong.
We are a special school so the values are in Pscales or low NC levels:
but the Plevels are being read as higher that the NC levels and the NC levels are being read in the wrong order, i.e order is 1C, 1B, 1A, 2C, etc...... But 1c is coming out as higher than 1a etc-- I suppose due to alphabetical order.
Any ideas on help.
It would be much appreciated
