Win7 unattend.xml not working correctly
Hi,
I've been trying for the past few weeks to get my unattend.xml file to first ask for a computer name, then log on with admin to auto activate windows and join my domain before then restarting.
I thought I had got this working as I wanted but it appears not. The computer I was imaging, I ran sysprep and shut down the computer. Restarted and sent it up to WDS with no problems. Upon restarting the computer booted up and went through the motions as I wanted; ask for computer name, log on with admin, activate and join domain then restart. Everyone was perfect.
When I send this image down to another laptop it does not work! It automatically names the computer 'administrator' and disables the local admin account (it's told to enable in unattend) and doesn't activate but does join domain.
If anyone knows why or can offer any help it would be much appreciated, thanks.
