    Ghost and sysprep revisited

I'm having an issue with sysprep after imaging. I'm using ghost 11.5 to create an image from a model computer. I've setup a create image task using sysprep with an answer file. The model image is created with no problems and syprep works normally, runs minisetup after rebooting on the model. However, when I ghostcast the image to an identical computer and sysprep runs minisetup then the computer reboots. The imaged computer goes back into setup. Not sure what is going on. I've imaged hundreds of computers and even this computer model before without this problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
