    Script Printer deployment

    So im a bit confused:

If i run this CSS_Lab_Printer.cmd file on my local desktop, the printers install just fine. But if i set it to run during MDT deployment, it errors out during the install.

The script calls to download a folder from a network share, and then runs an installer to install and HP LaserJet 9000 using the drivers it pulled from the network.

    Code:
    net use y: \\imaging.rollins.edu\REMINST\Images ******** /user:*******\agarabaghi

    xcopy "y:\Printer" "c:\Temp\LaserJet9000\"

    cd c:\Temp\LaserJet9000\
    install /sm172.21.40.10 /n"CSS Lab LaserJet 9000" /q /npf /h /u
    net use y: /delete
    rmdir /s /q "C:\Temp"
    any clues?

Rather than copying the Printer folder across to the local machine, why not add the folder as an application in MDT and then you should only need the line

    Code:
    install /sm172.21.40.10 /n"CSS Lab LaserJet 9000" /q /npf /h /u

add the line in a cmd file in the folder where all the drivers are? then use the cmd /c printer.cmd line in mdt? ill give it a whirl
