Is there any scripts that I can use to roll out Adobe Flash 10.3 throughout our network? I don't want to use group policy as I know there is an easier/ more effective way via using scripts.

Using group policy is usually way easier and more effective than messing about with scripts, I'd go with that.
Where do I find an MSI copy?
Does anyone have the .msi, I've applied to Adobe but I could really do without waiting for them to reply. We are doing some Testwise testing on Thursday and need the updated software.

Everybody who has signed up to the distribution has a copy of the url you need however it is one of the t&c's not to distribute it.
Why testwise requires the most current version is beyond me.

This bi daily flash update is a pia!!, and I agree, why require the latest version!!! I suppose Adobe will reply tomorrow, then I'll be running round like a blue a@!*d fly getting it on the machines.
Oh the joy.
Usually the link comes through quite quick once you apply, however if you're desperate I'm sure Google will help you out
Software being picky about a point revision of Flash is one of my current pet hates... OK I can understand needing v10 over earlier versions but being so exact you have to be within a few weeks of the latest release is very annoying
Btw 10.3 installed fine on most of our machines via GPO... just one or two that had an older version of 9 needed persuasion to update

Ditto... Typically a search for MSI, Flash, and FTP yields the link you need in the first page of results. Definitely fill out the application for distribution though to keep things on the up and up. And as far as pushing it out to clients goes, Flash is probably the easiest MSI deployment I've done, it just works.

Youtube moaning at me today to have the latest version

Flash Player 11 is out next month by the way...

It's difficult to get excited over Flash Player updates given the frequency of them, but this one actually looks good, with hardware-accelerated rendering for 2D and 3D graphics and official support for 64-bit web browsers (at last!).

I use impero to kick it out to the computers, lastest msi from Adobe and push it out, handy when doing 200+ computers

Actually if you read the e-mail you receive after signing the distribution agreement, you will notice Adobe make it very clear that sharing the URL above is not allowed.
also...Adobe® Flash® Player
To download the Flash Player version that you would like to distribute, please visit the following URL:
[...]
You may not share the above link, share information with others, or publish the above link on websites, blogs, or by any other means that can be publicly accessed. The information contained on this site is meant for your use only in accordance with Adobe Flash Player Distribution License Agreement you accepted. You may direct others to www.adobe.com/products/players/fpsh_distribution1.html to request distribution rights.
The rights granted above shall terminate immediately in the event of Distributor’s breach of any provision of this agreement.
3.4 Requirements.
(a) Distributable Version, Access. Distributor will distribute only the version of the Software (with its corresponding installer) provided to Distributor by Adobe upon completion of this agreement for use on Personal Computers on the specific Authorized Operating System listed in Exhibit A. Distributor will not distribute any version of the Software found elsewhere, including on www.Adobe.com, www.Macromedia.com, or any other download site on the Internet. Adobe may provide Distributor with access to the distributable version of the Software via electronic download at a specified non-public website. Distributor shall not disclose the location of such website to any third party. (Source)

To be clear, you can not, as the email sent says, distribute direct links to the msi or the page with the msi links on it.
Only Adobe - Flash Player Licensing is a valid link as it states.
I know it sucks but generally Adobe are not too slow and you only need to do it once per year (why per year....) and for new versions over that year I have reused the emailed link.
/This post will be removed at some point soon.
