Are you trying smaller to bigger or bigger to smaller?

Fog 0.29 will image windows 7 perfectly fine using Single Partition (Resizable) to big and small disks. You havnt done anything daft like force windows 7 to install without the 100mb system partition have you? Fog handles this 2 partition setup automatically when set to Windows 7 by using a special type of disk image that is resizeable (because fog knows the small partition is fixed size).

If you have done this try setting it to windows xp mode or rebuild your image with the system partition intact.
