mdt issues on booting client pc client pc just reboots

tried earlier to boot a vm (hyperv 08r2) into mdt to do an install to test something. Everytime i boot it into mdt from a pxe prompt (wds) it goes so far shows the solutions accelerator screen resizes the window a few times and reboot. Any ideas. reinstalled waik-mdt2010, tried upgrading to mdt2012 beta 1 see if that help issue persists servers 08r2

Has it already got a task running on the disk that isn't working? Have you tried clearing the disk on the one you are trying to boot from first?

the client is a brand new vm(though i have tride it on an existing 1 or 2 with the same result) the disk is empty/unformatted etc. There was nothing else using mdt on the server at the time

@sted Old thread I know but did you ever get anywhere with this?

I am having a similar issue. My test machines boot to PXE and start the deployment by asking me the computer name and then reboot. I had it working before but had to move on to other tasks for a few weeks and for some reason it now doesnt want to work.
