Just trialling clonezilla - loving the speed!
Documentation seems very limited on configuration options. I want to bypass all the obvious options and leave image source and destination, and actual image choices intact.
Any ideas, pointers?
thanks

Are you using clonezilla live or server edition?
Live version
I know you can pass all the variables to have completely unattended given your drives being identified the same every time - I'd just like to be able to narrow down the choices to selecting the source and destination drives.
Thanks
This should be what you need Clonezilla Live Doc
There's a slight walk through here too How to customize Clonezilla-Live (USB) .
And the full set of boot parameters are explained here: Clonezilla Live Doc
Anything you want to set manually during the running of Clonezilla Live should be set to 'ask_user', hope this helps.

Can you use clonezilla live to take an image of an imac with a bootcamp partition( for windows) save the image of the whole hd to your server and then clone this to other identical imacs?
I have only ever done it on Windows systems. Just wondering?
I'm not sure if clonezilla can do explicitly what you ask, you may have to deploy your OSX image, set up the BC partition and then deploy the BC image.
e: Actually after thinking about it you should just be able to clone the entire drive with clonezilla, so it will do what you ask.
