Realtek driver not loading during setup

We have just received some PC's with Intel DG14WQ mobo's Intel® Desktop Board DG41RQ - Overview and are trying to build them from our WDS legacy server. I've added the drivers as per usual and I'm sure it's picking them up as it wouldn't connect until I'd added them to the image. The problem is that the PC's doesn't join the domain during setup, it pauses for quite some time at the installing network part then continues, once the build is complete 'ALL' drivers are installed and working but it hasn't joined the domain.
It seems that the network card isn't initialising in time for the domain join.

    Anyone come across this issue?

    Installing XP SP3 image

    EDIT

The thread below seems to be the same issue, they fixed it but don't specify the GP that they altered. Typical

They could be but i've got the DriverSigningPolicy = Ignore option set. The card is installing though it's just not joining the domain.

might just be delaying it enough to fail
