Set up another FOG installation and everything is working great apart from one thing.
When the 'pupil' user logs on to an imaged machine, you get 2 errors messages saying that 'An instance of FOG Tray is already running'
Interestingly, FOG Tray actually isn't running. So I guess that FOG Tray tries to start but can't but there isn't anything in the event log or the FOG log except "Waiting for FOG tray to start". Works fine if you launch it manually
This works fine with any other user. The only difference with the 'pupil' user and any other is that a login script runs. I can't think why the service tries to start twice on logon but can't for this user.
I guess this could be 100 things but welcome for suggestions to try out
Edit: actually that user does have a different gpo applied, hmm perhaps that is doing something?

The login script was copying fogtray from the allusers startup to the logged on users startup folder. Hence it trying to launch twice.
