Symantec Ghost Solution Suite - HELP NEEDED!

Okay so I've built an image Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2. This has been built on an IBM Blade Center HS20 I PXE boot the server and when it finishes loading the mouse I get the following:

Any ideas at all? I am using this unit to rebuild my network from scratch and I'd rather not have to do it the hard way
